Electronic Signature

By using Signom electronic signature service, our customer´s employee sends the document to the other signatory by adding the signatory´s name, email address and the PDF -file into the service.

Signing request is sent to the signatory´s email address. By clicking a link in the email, the signatory is directed to strong authentication and to sign the document electronically.

When the document is signed, our customer´s employee receives a notification of the new signed document to email and can download and save the signed document.
